个人简介：
现任365游戏娱乐平台副院长、医政学院互聘教授，公共卫生学院全球健康中心PI，校优秀中青年学科（学术）带头人。主要研究领域：药事管理、药物政策、临床药学、药物经济、科技管理等。兼任中国药品监管研究会药品监管史委员会委员、江苏省药学会药学服务专委会副主任委员、江苏省医疗保险研究会常务理事、江苏省药师协会常务理事、江苏省研究型医院学会精益化用药研究与转化专业委员会委员、南京市药学会药事管理专业委员会委员、我校学报（社会科学版）编委。中国药学、Pharmacological Research、Frontiers in Pharmacology、BMJ Open等国内外期刊审稿人，国家自然科学基金委员会管理学部同行评议专家。先后主持3项国家自然科学基金项目，以第一或通讯作者在SSCI/SCI、北大核心期刊发表了50余篇医药卫生管理的学术论文，主编2部学术专著，受邀参与“健康江苏2030规划纲要”的撰写。2012年奥地利维也纳经济与商业大学访问学者，2014年-2015年美国东卡莱罗那大学访问学者。先后获校扬子江奖教金优秀奖、校三全育人标兵、校优秀共产党员等荣誉称号。已培养药学、临床药学、公共管理硕士研究生20多名，指导硕士研究生多次获得国家奖学金。
